MINIMUM ORDER IS ONLY 2 DOZEN PIECES! That's of the same design at the same size, but you can mix styles, sizes and colors. The minimum order for some custom apparel pieces will be higher depending on availability.
We occasionally will print orders under minimum but this is considered a "Sample Run" and prices will be raised depending on availability of pieces and complexity of artwork.
High volume orders are eligible for discounts, talk to us, we'll work it out.
For stickers and buttons minimum order is 100 pieces.

The standard turn-around time on a standard order is 2-3 WEEKS. This is the time from when your artwork is received and all your materials including styles, colors and sizes are chosen, to the day that your order is shipped out. Turn-around time can vary depending on the complexity of the order and/or what printing schedules are at hand. Sometimes custom pieces are unavailable or on Back Order, we will let you know as soon as possible how this will affect your order turn around and work out alternatives with you. Making changes to artwork and material choices is usually not possible once order is placed and will extend turn-around time greatly.
Rush Orders are available depending on availability and our current printing schedules. We don't charge a rush fee but occasionally materials will cost more to have them shipped express to us and remember shipping express is going to cost you a lot more too. Try to give yourself and us enough time to get ready for your event. Due dates, rush or not, can never be 100% Guaranteed.
We're located in the Williamsburg area in Brooklyn, NY. Often we can arrange pick-ups or drop-offs in the NYC area. Otherwise we ship UPS Ground or Express 2-day, 3-day or Overnight. All shipping costs are paid in full by you, our customer.
In screen-printing there will always be a one-time set-up fee to burn your artwork onto the silk-screen - $15 for Line Art, $25 for Halftone screen. This fee includes holding your screens for as many reprints as you need or up to one year. Occasionally there will be a patch fee of $10 if it has been over a year since your last order and the screen needs attention. Remember you will need one screen for each color in your design. These fees do not apply to our stickers and buttons, set-up fee is included in prices.
Color changes and specialty inks require an extra fee of $15 each.
A color change is when you want to use the same design at the same size but change the color of the ink. Specialty inks that we use include metallics, glitters, glow-in-the-dark and soft-hand additives.
There is no return policy on custom printed merchandise. Although if there has been a miscommunication about the size, placement or colors of your prints and you are seriously dissastisfied or surprised, we are always happy to work with you to get your pieces reprinted for you at a cost that's agreeable to both parties.
New customers and orders over $500 will require a deposit of half to be received before order will go into production. There is a 2 week net for you to make remainder payment after order has been received. We accept Checks and Money Orders through the mail, and won't ever turn down cash when handed to us in person. Credit Card payments are made online. We will send you an email with a payment link to an SSL processor and payment will be made into our accounts immediately. Please note there will be a 3% Credit Processing Fee added to all credit payments.

We accept digital files preferably as vector art in PDF or Adobe Illustrator format. We can also accept TIFF, Photoshop and even JPEGs as long as they are at least 300 DPI to size (if you want artowrk 8" wide on shirt, the Photoshop file must be 8" wide under Image Size). Multi-color artwork should be vector or layered by color. As a full service studio, we offer all sorts of help with artwork set-up, but note that there may be a $30/hour design charge for touching-up, redrawing or reformatting your artwork. We do pride ourselves in making drab art look fab, so no worries.
We will offer mock-up proofs to you so that you can see how your artwork will be sized and placed on a shirt and an estimation of ink and material color. These mock-ups are exactly that - a mock up and not exact. We suggest offering a Pantone color as a guide for color matching if you are very sure about your color choices.
